These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Pizza Belga website:
- Prices displayed include VAT
- Delivery fee of 20,000 VND applies to all delivery orders
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we handle returns as follows:
- If your order is incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery
- We will replace incorrect items or provide a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- For cash payments, refunds can be collected at any of our locations
3. Order Inspection Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues with the quality or contents, contact us immediately at our hotline. We recommend taking photos of any problems for faster resolution.
4. Product Quality
All our food is prepared fresh to order. We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products at the time of delivery. Please consume within 2 hours of delivery for best quality.
5. Our Obligations

- Deliver orders within the estimated timeframe
- Provide accurate product information
- Handle complaints professionally and promptly
6. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Be available to receive the order at the specified time
- Report any issues within 30 minutes of delivery
7. Limitation of Liability
Pizza Belga is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer options including order cancellation with full refund.
