Pizza Belga accepts the following payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when you receive your order. Please prepare exact change if possible.
2. Credit/Debit Card
Pay securely online with Visa, Mastercard, or local ATM cards. Your payment is processed through our secure payment gateway.
3. QR Code Payment
Scan the QR code with your banking app to pay instantly. Supports all major Vietnamese banks and e-wallets.
2. Pricing Information
- All prices displayed on our website include VAT (10%)
- Delivery fee of 20,000 VND is added to delivery orders
- No hidden fees - what you see is what you pay
3. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call from our staff to verify your order details and delivery address. For online payments, your order will be processed immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation or refund:
- Cash orders: Refund processed at our store locations
- Card/QR payments: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Refund requests must be made within 30 minutes of delivery
5. Payment Security
All payment information is handled securely. We do not store your bank details beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
