1. Who we are

Pizza Belga (CÔNG TY TNHH PIZZA BELGA, tax code 0107539193) operates the Pizza Belga restaurants at 225 Âu Cơ and 47 Hàng Bè (Hanoi) and 9A Phan Kế Bính (Ho Chi Minh City) and the website pizzabelga.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect data you give us or that is created when you use our services:

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address and delivery address, when you place an order, book a table, join our loyalty program or fill in our feedback form.
• Order and booking history, loyalty points and preferences.
• Feedback you send us. If you ask for a refund through the feedback form, the bank account details you provide for that refund.
• Website analytics: our site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to measure visits and the effectiveness of our ads (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location). We also use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and language choice.

3. Google user data (internal CRM)

Our internal staff tool (CRM) connects to the Google Business Profile API only for Pizza Belga's own business listings. It is used by our staff, signed in with our own business Google account, to read the reviews customers leave on our listings and to post replies as the business owner.

We do not access any other Google data (no Gmail, Drive, Contacts or personal profile data). We store only the review content, star ratings, reviewer display names as shown on the review, and reply status for our own locations. This data is used solely to monitor and respond to reviews and improve our service; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke the CRM's access at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

4. How we use your data

• To prepare, deliver and confirm your orders and bookings, and to contact you about them.
• To manage loyalty points and vouchers.
• To follow up on feedback and process refunds.
• To send promotional messages, only if you have agreed to receive them.
• To understand how our website is used and improve our service.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Delivery partners: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
• Payment processors and banks: to process payments and refunds.
• Service providers that host our systems or send our emails, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when required by Vietnamese law.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example accounting and tax records). Google review data is kept only while our CRM is connected to our listings and is deleted when no longer needed or when access is revoked.

7. Security

Your data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff. Connections to our website and CRM are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to Google APIs uses OAuth tokens that are stored securely and never shared.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or stop receiving marketing messages, by emailing info@pizzabelga.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its update date.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu bạn cung cấp hoặc phát sinh khi bạn sử dụng dịch vụ:

• Thông tin liên hệ: họ tên, số điện thoại, email và địa chỉ giao hàng khi bạn đặt món, đặt bàn, tham gia chương trình thành viên hoặc gửi phiếu góp ý.
• Lịch sử đặt món, đặt bàn, điểm thành viên và sở thích.
• Góp ý bạn gửi cho chúng tôi. Nếu bạn yêu cầu hoàn tiền qua phiếu góp ý, thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng bạn cung cấp để hoàn tiền.
• Phân tích website: website sử dụng Google Analytics và Google Tag Manager, có đặt cookie để đo lượt truy cập và hiệu quả quảng cáo (trang đã xem, loại thiết bị và trình duyệt, vị trí tương đối). Chúng tôi cũng dùng bộ nhớ cục bộ của trình duyệt để lưu giỏ hàng và ngôn ngữ bạn chọn.

3. Dữ liệu người dùng Google (CRM nội bộ)

Công cụ nội bộ của nhân viên (CRM) chỉ kết nối với Google Business Profile API cho các trang doanh nghiệp của chính Pizza Belga. Nhân viên đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google doanh nghiệp của chúng tôi để đọc đánh giá của khách hàng và đăng phản hồi với tư cách chủ doanh nghiệp.

Chúng tôi không truy cập bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác (không Gmail, Drive, Danh bạ hay hồ sơ cá nhân). Chúng tôi chỉ lưu nội dung đánh giá, số sao, tên hiển thị của người đánh giá và trạng thái phản hồi cho các cơ sở của chúng tôi. Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để theo dõi, phản hồi đánh giá và cải thiện dịch vụ; không bao giờ được bán, dùng cho quảng cáo hay chia sẻ với bên thứ ba.

Việc sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use). Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập bất kỳ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Mục đích sử dụng

• Chuẩn bị, giao và xác nhận đơn hàng, đặt bàn và liên hệ với bạn về các việc này.
• Quản lý điểm thành viên và voucher.
• Xử lý góp ý và hoàn tiền.
• Gửi thông tin khuyến mãi, chỉ khi bạn đồng ý nhận.
• Hiểu cách website được sử dụng và cải thiện dịch vụ.

5. Chia sẻ thông tin

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ khi cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ:

• Đối tác giao hàng: họ tên, số điện thoại và địa chỉ để giao đơn hàng.
• Đơn vị xử lý thanh toán và ngân hàng: để xử lý thanh toán và hoàn tiền.
• Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ hệ thống hoặc gửi email, với nghĩa vụ bảo mật.
• Cơ quan nhà nước khi pháp luật Việt Nam yêu cầu.

6. Thời gian lưu trữ

Chúng tôi chỉ lưu dữ liệu cá nhân trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích trên hoặc theo quy định pháp luật (ví dụ hồ sơ kế toán, thuế). Dữ liệu đánh giá Google chỉ được lưu khi CRM còn kết nối với trang doanh nghiệp của chúng tôi và sẽ bị xóa khi không còn cần thiết hoặc khi quyền truy cập bị thu hồi.

7. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ bảo mật, chỉ nhân viên được ủy quyền mới có quyền truy cập. Kết nối tới website và CRM đều được mã hóa (HTTPS); quyền truy cập Google API dùng mã OAuth được lưu trữ an toàn và không chia sẻ.

8. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu cá nhân, hoặc ngừng nhận tin tiếp thị, bằng cách gửi email tới info@pizzabelga.com. Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong thời gian hợp lý.

9. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Phiên bản mới nhất luôn được đăng trên trang này kèm ngày cập nhật.
