• Home Delivery: We deliver directly to your address within our delivery zones
• Store Pickup: You can pick up your order at any of our locations

We deliver within a 5km radius from each of our locations:

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Within 3km: 30-45 minutes
• 3-5km: 45-60 minutes
• Delivery times may vary during peak hours (12:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00)

4. Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of 20,000 VND applies to all delivery orders, regardless of distance within our delivery zone.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• Our delivery staff will call you upon arrival
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
• Orders left unattended may affect food quality

6. Delivery Delays

In case of delays due to traffic or weather conditions, we will contact you to inform about the expected delivery time. You may cancel the order for a full refund if the delay is unacceptable.
